ClubUp Expands into Oklahoma with Southern Hills CC

May 20, 2019

ClubUp, a software and service company that caters to golf clubs operating caddie programs, has announced expansion into Tulsa, OK. ClubUp technology will help facilitate the caddie program at Southern Hills Country Club. Cary Cozby, the Director of Golf at Southern Hills, commented on the new relationship and explained why Southern Hills partnered with ClubUp…

“ClubUp obviously provides a modern, more efficient way of communicating with our caddies, which was the objective when we met to discuss the potential of using their software. However, what really attracted us to partner with ClubUp is the ability for us to improve the member experience at Southern Hills. We have searched for years to find a company willing to help us implement ideas into action, ClubUp is just that company…they get it!”

ClubUp provides innovative services which help improve the caddie experience for the members and caddies at its partner clubs. Additionally, ClubUp technology offers clubs a way to communicate with and pay caddies working as independent contractors on the property. The improved communication, efficient logistics and multiple payment options provided by ClubUp yield significant productivity improvements for caddies and club operations.

ClubUp operates in North Carolina, Illinois, Georgia, Arizona, Virginia, Florida, Oklahoma and New York. In addition to a corporate partnership with the Metropolitan Golf Association in New York, the company also has a national partnership with The First Tee. The ClubUp Board of Directors includes company founder Matthew Rose, as well as leaders in the golf industry including Seth Waugh, Scott Mahoney and Ken Thompson.

“Adding Southern Hills as a partner club is a very exciting development for ClubUp. Cary and his team understand how ClubUp technology can enhance the member experience at Southern Hills. They have been a pleasure to work with and we are looking forward to a long-term relationship that adds value to both parties.” Rose said.
