Matthew Rose

MBA, Wake Forest University Matthew logged 10 years working in global supply chain operations prior to founding ClubUp in 2016. A caddie while growing up near Detroit, Michigan, Matthew cites this experience as instrumental to his development. He enjoys the game today and prefers to walk the golf course whenever possible.

Michael Rose

Michael has more than 15 years of corporate finance and general management experience. An avid golfer today and a caddie in his youth, Michael appreciates the benefits of the position for both the golfer and the caddie.

Clay Johnson

Operations
B.A. Government, Wofford College
Prior to joining ClubUp, Clay worked in and around politics on the local, state and national level. Involved in golf his whole life, he grew up performing many roles at private country clubs, including caddying. Clay focuses on managing ClubUp operations, handling partner club launches and on boarding.

Ian Hirsch

Club Launch Manager
B.S. Business, Coastal Carolina University
Ian has nine years of experience working with Caddie Programs at great golf clubs including Quail Hollow Club, Wade Hampton Golf Club and Charlotte Country Club.  At ClubUp, Ian leads partner club launches, where his experience is an asset.

Brad Steinthal

Business Development
B.A. Economics, University of Richmond
Brad has joined the ClubUp team after a 25 year career on Wall St. He brings his knowledge of golf and caddie programs from the Metropolitan NY area as a Co Chair of the MGA Rules & Competition Committee and Officer of the Westchester Caddie Scholarship Fund. Brad believes one of the best ways to grow the game is to promote strong caddie programs where youth can be exposed to the game and golfers can enjoy the tradition of walking.

Andy Anderson

Business Development Manager
B.S. Marketing, The University of Mississippi
Andy has joined the team after 10 years of working in medical device sales and business development. Growing up around the game of golf, Andy understands the importance of caddies and youth involvement to help grow the game.
