Jim Hyler is a graduate of Virginia Tech. He worked for 10 years with Ernst and Ernst and Ernst and Whinney (now Ernst and Young). In 1980 he went to First Citizens Bank as CFO and served in that capacity until 1988 when he became COO. He retired in 2008 and then worked for Investors Management Corporation for 8 years. Jim serves on the Board of Duke Energy and five private companies. He served on the Executive Committee of the United States Golf Association for eight years with the final two as President in 2010-11.

After 16 years in the Fibers and Textiles Industry, including leading Sales and Marketing for North America for Nystar, a large European nylon producer – Rodney joined Red Ventures in 2005. With less than 30 employees then, Red Ventures has grown into a Data Driven , Digital Marketing and Sales market leader with over 3000 employees worldwide. Rodney has led many of the businesses and led much of Corporate Development in his tenure at RV. Rodney now leads the Financial Services division for Red Ventures. As part of Red Ventures overall Financial Services investment, they recently announced the acquisition of Bankrate for $1.4B.
Head Golf Professional, Charlotte Country Club
Andrew has been a PGA member and Head Golf Professional for 17 years. The three Clubs Andrew has served as Head Golf Professional are Charlotte Country Club- Charlotte, NC, Ocean Forest Golf Club- Sea Island, Georgia, and McArthur Golf Club- Hobe Sound, Florida. Andrew grew up in Roanoke, Virginia and has had a passion for golf came at a young age. Andrew attended and graduated from Methodist University where he played on a NCAA III national championship team. Andrew is currently serving on four boards: Board of Trustees at Methodist University, First Tee of Greater Charlotte, Carolinas PGA, and Polo Ralph Lauren. Andrew and his wife Kara love living in Charlotte with the Shuck’s four children, ages between thirteen and six.

As a recognized personality and leader within sports, Nick has developed an extensive network of global contacts through his integration of the sports and corporate worlds. Nick can be an invaluable resource for ClubUp with regard to building out of new businesses and taking products to market, providing expertise on a marketing strategy both inside and outside sports and helping capital find the right ideas and projects.
